-You may receive a return, exchange, or warranty in accordance with the consumer dispute resolution standards notified by the Fair Trade Commission.
Precautions for Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- When exchanging/refunding, do not enclose the return fee as the advance payment box, and if you send it by enclosing, the return fee will be refunded after checking.
- When accepting automatic collection, the courier will contact you within 2-3 business days and visit you to retrieve it.
- In the case of direct shipment, please send it to the courier you received by accepting the return by COD (credit).
-Additional charges may apply if you send it to a courier other than the one you received (including receiving a new courier).
-In addition to the basic exchange/refund shipping fee paid in islands and mountains, additional charges may be incurred up to KRW 3,000 (KRW 6,000 based on round trip).
